These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, platforms, and services operated by Sagittarius, including but not limited to Sagittarius Auth, Alpanzo AI, Aquarius CodePlay, Ocean AI, Moonlit Step AI, and Ace Clouds (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using any Service, you affirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you agree to comply with all provisions herein. Use of the Services by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited.

Sagittarius provides a suite of precision-engineered technology products. The following table outlines each active service and its current status:

Sagittarius reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

To access certain Services, you must register for a Sagittarius account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and to keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at sagittarius1driven@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use Sagittarius Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Services. The following are strictly prohibited:

Our AI products — Alpanzo AI, Ocean AI, Aquarius CodePlay, and Moonlit Step AI — are powerful tools designed to assist and augment your work. With that capability comes responsibility. You agree to the following when using our AI systems:

All Sagittarius products, branding, software, designs, interfaces, and documentation — including Alpanzo AI, Aquarius CodePlay, Ocean AI, Moonlit Step AI, Ace Clouds, and the Sagittarius name and logo — are the exclusive intellectual property of Vikas Patel / Sagittarius and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to our Services or intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Sagittarius IP without prior written permission.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sagittarius expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs — including code, text, and images — may contain errors and should not be relied upon as professional advice in any domain including legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical applications.

Some products, including Moonlit Step AI, are in Beta and may be unstable, subject to changes, or temporarily unavailable. Use of Beta products is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sagittarius and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Services exceed the amount you paid to Sagittarius in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 INR (whichever is greater), where permitted by law.

Sagittarius reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to a material breach of these Terms, conduct that we believe harms other users or Sagittarius, or as required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive — including intellectual property clauses, disclaimers, and limitation of liability sections.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your profile data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, where required, notify registered users via email.

Your continued use of the Services after any changes take effect constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. By using our Services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
