By accessing, registering for, or using any service, product, or platform operated by Sagittarius1 Systems ("Sagittarius1", "we", "our", or "us") — including but not limited to Alpanzo AI, Aquarius CodePlay, Ace Clouds, Dead Zone, the Sagittarius1 Labs API, and Alpanzo Code — you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sagittarius1 Systems. Use of any Sagittarius1 service implies unconditional acceptance.

Sagittarius1 provides a suite of technology products including AI systems, cloud infrastructure tools, browser-based IDEs, gaming applications, and developer APIs. Services may be updated, modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Certain services require a Sagittarius1 account to access. Your account grants access to the authenticated tier of our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

• Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• Sagittarius1 reserves the right to impose usage limits, throttle API access, or restrict features at any time.
• We may introduce paid tiers or premium features in the future without prior notice.
• Downtime, maintenance windows, and outages may occur; Sagittarius1 is not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

Sagittarius1's AI clusters — including Alpanzo AI and associated models — do not collect, store, or retain your personal data. Our AI systems process only the data you explicitly submit within a session in order to generate a response.

However, by using our AI services you acknowledge and agree to the following critical notices:

Session data submitted to our AI models is processed in real-time and is not permanently associated with your user profile or stored in our databases beyond the active session window. Our infrastructure is designed with a zero-retention philosophy for AI inference inputs.

All users of Sagittarius1 services — across all platforms, products, communication channels, and social media presences — are expected to maintain a standard of respectful, lawful, and professional conduct.

• You may not use any Sagittarius1 username, display name, or profile field to embed offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Automated bots, scrapers, or non-human agents may not use our platforms without prior written authorisation.
• Impersonating Sagittarius1 staff, founders, or other users is grounds for immediate termination.
• Users are responsible for all content submitted through their accounts regardless of intent.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on all Sagittarius1 platforms and services. Violation of any item below may result in permanent account suspension, legal action, or both:

• Using our AI to generate harmful, malicious, illegal, or deceptive content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract proprietary AI model weights or system prompts.
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks, stress testing, or overloading our API infrastructure without written permission.
• Submitting false or fraudulent information during account creation or API key requests.
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Using Sagittarius1 services to violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to Sagittarius1 services without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or targeting other users or Sagittarius1 personnel.

Sagittarius1 makes certain portions of its web design, HTML structure, and JavaScript code available as open source as part of its commitment to the developer community. However, this comes with specific conditions that must be respected:

• All Sagittarius1 brand assets, logos, names, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Sagittarius1 Systems. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
• AI model architectures, clustering logic, and proprietary inference systems are not open source and remain fully proprietary.
• Any permitted use of open-source code must retain original attribution to Sagittarius1 Systems.
• Commercial use of any Sagittarius1 code without explicit written permission is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sagittarius1 Systems, its founder, affiliates, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Sagittarius1 does not warrant that AI outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose. AI-generated content should not be used as a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated domains.

Sagittarius1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms — or for any conduct that Sagittarius1 determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its reputation.

Users who believe their account was terminated in error may submit an appeal to sagittarius1driven@gmail.com. Appeals are reviewed at Sagittarius1's sole discretion and are not guaranteed to result in reinstatement.

Sagittarius1 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of any Sagittarius1 service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through platform announcements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you are accessing Sagittarius1 services from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. Sagittarius1 makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.

Access to the Sagittarius1 Labs API is subject to fair use principles. Rate limits are enforced to ensure platform stability and equitable access for all users. Specific limits are defined within the API platform and are subject to change without notice.

• Intentionally bypassing, spoofing, or circumventing rate limits is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate API key revocation.
• Automated high-volume requests designed to stress or overload the infrastructure are strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
• Developers requiring elevated limits must submit a formal request to sagittarius1driven@gmail.com outlining their use case and expected usage volume.
• Sagittarius1 reserves the right to throttle, suspend, or revoke API access at any time for any account found to be in breach of fair use policy.

Sagittarius1 currently offers its core services free of charge. However, paid tiers, premium features, or subscription plans may be introduced in the future. This clause establishes the refund framework that will govern any such transactions.

• All purchases made on Sagittarius1 platforms are non-refundable unless explicitly required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
• In the event of a billing error or duplicate charge, users must contact sagittarius1driven@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction date to request a review.
• Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the transaction date will not be considered except where required by law.
• Sagittarius1 reserves the right to offer discretionary refunds or service credits on a case-by-case basis, which shall not set a precedent for future requests.
