Sagittarius ("we", "our", or "us") is a precision-driven technology firm building AI infrastructure, private cloud systems, and secure digital platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services including Sagittarius Auth, Alpanzo AI, Aquarius CodePlay, Ocean AI, Moonlit Step AI, and Ace Clouds.

By using any Sagittarius service, you agree to the practices outlined in this policy. We are committed to minimal data collection — we only collect what is operationally necessary, nothing more.

The data we collect serves a single, defined purpose: to create, verify, and maintain your secure Sagittarius account. We do not use your data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or resale.

Specific uses include account creation and authentication, sending a welcome email upon registration via our EmailJS integration, displaying your profile information within Sagittarius products, and restoring your account session when you sign in across devices.

Account data is stored in a private GitHub repository — a JSON-based user store accessible only through our authenticated API. This gives us fine-grained, version-controlled oversight of all account data with full audit trails.

Our AI chat systems operate entirely on your device. No conversation data ever leaves your browser. This is by design — local-first architecture means your thoughts, prompts, and AI exchanges belong to you unconditionally.

Sagittarius uses a minimal set of third-party integrations, each with a specific and limited function:

EmailJS — Used exclusively to send your welcome email upon account creation. Your email address is transmitted to EmailJS solely for this transactional purpose and is not stored or used by them for marketing.

GitHub API — Our account data backend. User records are stored in a private repository accessible only via our authenticated system.

DiceBear Avatars — Generates a unique avatar image based on your username. No personal data is transmitted beyond a seed string derived from your username.

Google Fonts — Used for typography (Outfit typeface). Standard Google Fonts privacy practices apply.

You retain full rights over your personal data at all times. You may request access to the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate account information, deletion of your account and all associated data from our systems, and export of your account data in a portable format.

Sagittarius products use browser local storage (not traditional cookies) to save your theme preference (light/dark mode), your active session state when signed in, and your AI chat history (client-side only, as described above).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. Our products are entirely free of cross-site tracking mechanisms.

We take security seriously at every layer of our architecture. Our account system uses authenticated GitHub API calls with scoped tokens, all data transmissions occur over HTTPS, and access to our user repository is restricted to our core systems only.

That said, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Sagittarius account. In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.
